Shipping & Returns

Select Learning ships all product by UPS to street addresses only. When your order is shipped, the UPS tracking information will be sent to you by email.

If you are purchasing by credit card and require faster delivery, please select an expedited shipping service (e.g. 2nd Day Air) during checkout.  However, please note that due to our order fulfillment procedures, your order may not be shipped until the following business day. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but Select Learning cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Select Learning understands that sometimes a product ordered is not always what you expect. We allow a 15-day worry-free return policy. If you are disatisfied with your order, please ship the item(s) back to us (in new condition, along with any included materials such as books, etc.), along with a copy of your packing list or order information and the reason for the return. If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the amount of the returned item(s), minus the cost of shipping. Please allow 3 weeks for return credit to be processed to your credit card. Please allow 4 weeks for a refund check to be processed. If the materials arrive defective or damaged, whether by manufacture or shipping, please send an email to info@selectlearning.org as soon as you receive them, and we will be happy to replace your product or refund your money.
